Creating and Managing Attendance Requirements

In Liszt, Attendance Requirements are schemes that students may be assigned to track individual attendance and event attendance trends.

Attendance Requirements are found in `Settings>Attendance Requirements`.

Attendance Requirements are in two parts: The Requirement Scheme and the Requirement Items

To create a new Attendance Requirement (Scheme), click the New Requirement button. On the form that follows, you will be able to add the following field:

Name: Name of Requirement Scheme

To create a new Attendance Requirement Item, click the Requirement Items button, and then click the New Requirement Item button. On the form that follows, you will be able to add the following fields:

Requirement Name: Name of Requirement (Such as faculty recitals, large ensemble concerts, or outside events).

Event Types: The Event Types that count toward the requirement item.

Number Required: The total number of events of this type required per term.

Parent: The Requirement Scheme to which the Requirement Item belongs.

Notes

The Requirements component is built to handle a variety of attendance requirements for ensembles and schools. Smaller organizations may have one Attendance Requirement Scheme that has one Attendance Requirement Item. Larger organizations may have multiple Attendance Requirement Schemes depending on constituency.
